1. Project Cancellation

If the project is cancelled before development starts, a full refund of any upfront payment will be issued.
If the project is cancelled after development has started, a partial refund may be offered, based on the amount of work completed.

2. Unsatisfactory Work

If you are not satisfied with the work delivered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to address concerns and find a fair solution. Refunds are not guaranteed once the final deliverables are approved or once the full project has been delivered.

3. No Refunds for Completed Work

Once a project is fully completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued unless required by law.

4. Payment for Milestones

For projects with milestone payments, each milestone is considered a separate agreement. A refund for a milestone may be provided only if the milestone work has not been started or delivered yet. If you are not satisfied with the work delivered for a particular milestone, we will work with you to resolve the issue before considering a refund.

5. Refunds and Revisions

If a project is incomplete or not meeting the agreed expectations, we may offer a revision or modification to the project. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific circumstances and the amount of work completed.

6. Refunds for Technical Issues

If technical issues arise after project delivery that were caused by our work, we will do our best to fix them. If the issues cannot be resolved, we will assess the situation to determine if a partial or full refund is appropriate.

7. Payment Methods and Currency

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds can be made in any supported currency. Please note that transaction fees, if any, are non-refundable.

8. Paid Consultations and Information Services

Consultations provided by us may be subject to a fee. Once paid for, the cost of information services and consultations is non-refundable, as the value is provided immediately upon delivery of the service or advice.
